L’Atelier Flow is a space exploring movement, energy and modern working life.

Created by Eugenie, L’Atelier Flow brings together two worlds that have shaped her career over the past decade — corporate Sales & Account Management within the Real Estate industry, and a deep curiosity for wellbeing, movement and sustainable performance.

After having completed 200hrs in Yoga Teacher Training with Power Living in Sydney and spending more than a decade working closely with high performing Real Estate professionals across Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Eugenie stepped away from corporate life to explore a different path. A journey which led her to go on to purchase and manage a Pilates studio on the Gold Coast. Purchased upon exiting a franchise model, Eugenie successfully rebranded and transitioned the studio and team into a boutique business.

The studio became central to a formative experience — it provided a deeper understanding of entrepreneurship, community and the realities of building and leading a small business, while reinforcing the importance of balance, energy and resilience.

After close to twelve months, Eugenie returned to the corporate world with renewed perspective — and today continues her work in Real Estate while continuing to facilitate movement within the local Gold Coast community and on a corporate level, while continuing to develop L’Atelier Flow as a creative project.

Rather than existing purely as a studio or a traditional wellness brand, L’Atelier Flow is intended as an evolving space for ideas and practices that support sustainable performance and professional, modern lives.

It explores themes such as:

- Movement and nervous system balance

- Sustainable performance in modern careers

- The relationship between ambition and wellbeing

- Reflection, perspective and growth

Through movement practices, writing and reflections, L’Atelier Flow invites professionals to create more space for clarity, balance and flow amongst busy working lives.

Because great work and personal wellbeing should not exist in opposition.

Sydney born and bred, I now call Australia’s Gold Coast as well as New Caledonia home with my partner Cyril and golden labrador, Charlie.

You’ll find me freelance teaching PPT barre, yoga dynamic and stretch modalities at Flolo. Outside of the Wellness space, I hold an MA in Communications with the University of Technology Sydney, with an accomplished Sales career across the Media, Real Estate and Advertising sectors.

I am a proud member and competitor of APDA, Australian Physie & Dance, and with a lifelong love of movement and learning am working to complete my 500hrs in Yoga studies before turning 50yrs.
